Melbourne to open November 9th!
The great news is that from Nov 9th we are once again able to welcome our Melbourne guests. Until then we continue to welcome our regional guests.
Please note, if booking via an online travel agent it is advisable to book a Free Cancellation option, where available, as Government Covid-19 restrictions may still change. If you are booking via this website (click here) all guests automatically receive a Free Cancellation option, valid up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Please book early to avoid disappointment
At Hepburn at Hepburn we are committed to doing our part to help prevent the spread of Covid-19 and protect the health and safety of all Victorians. We have introduced a social-distancing check-in system at reception as well as a self-check in option. For our self-check-in option guests may go to their secluded Villas directly and bypass reception. Please email ahead of arrival to arrange this.
The safety of our guests and our staff is our top priority. We are committed to delivering and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our villas. Additional preventative measures have been put in place, including completely disinfecting all villas after use and reinforcing our exceptionally high cleaning and disinfecting protocols.
